Description: Come on down to St. Luke’s Lifeworks and be a part of a very special celebration for resident kids whose birthdays fall in the last three months. We will have loads of games to play, sweet treats to eat, songs to sing and general fun that you can make happen yourself with a child. Title: Selling of Pumpkin Bread

Description: Every Thanksgiving season a team of interested kids get together with all the ingredients needed to make incredibly delicious (nut free) pumpkin bread. They were beautifully presented in a loaf pan with a big holiday ribbon around each one and sold for $10 each raising over $2,200 so far. They can be frozen for all occasions and are great for hostess gifts. Kids this year made over 380 loaves, sold many of them and donated others to local shelters. 100% of the proceeds will be used to redo a playground designed by youth at a local homeless shelter.
