“We at New Balance New Canaan are big supporters of grassroots,and local community based activities. A local youth philanthropic group called Kids Helping Kids asked us to partner with them, to create a shoe drive in order to help local community homeless shelters. So our NBNC store has become the year round drop off point for all shoes and sneakers. Kids Helping Kids then pick up the shoes once a week and delivers them to the shelters. To date we have collected over 16,500 shoes. We have also assisted them for the past 3 years to organize their annual Remembering One Relay Race at which 100% of funds collected are donated to a local children’s charity.” Thanks,
