Project History
As part of our MLK Day service project, our youth volunteers reflected on their own dreams for the world. Their compassion and leadership inspires us daily. We rely on the generosity of our supporters throughout the year to help our youth leaders create positive change.Together, forty-five KHK volunteers packed over one thousand packages of nutritious food for kids in our area who struggle with food insecurity. They learned about the issue of childhood hunger and how we can all work together to solve problems like this. We love empowering kids to carry on MLKās message of spreading compassion, love and justice to all. A real example of kids helping kids!
