Feeling stressed and anxious during the COVID-19 pandemic? Join Abby as she leads a master class that will provide you with the necessary techniques to feel grounded and centered in such a turbulent time.


Event Info

KHK is happy to collaborate with CT local, Abby Hersam, to deliver techiniques to help cope with feelings of stress and anxiety during such an unprecedented time. Abby will be leading 3 master classes throughout April, all which will be open and free of charge to the KHK community. Her classes include traditional yoga poses, meditation, breathing practices and acupressure techniques to leave you feeling grounded and centered. All ages are welcome.

Abby's Bio

Abby is a Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance. She first started yoga 6 years ago to help combat her anxiety and instantly fell in love! She became a teacher to help others experience the incredible benefits of yoga. Her teaching style emphasizes proper alignment and breath based movement.
