In preparation for March 1 Giving Day, KHK will be hosting a Phonathon on Sunday, February 25th from 4-6pm at the KHK Office on Lenox Ave. We will provide a phone script and list of Frequently Asked Questions. Once again, KHK will take part in a crowd funding competition with 450 non profits in Fairfield County. March 1st is known as Fairfield County Giving day or ’24 hours to give where you live.’ Be a KHK Giving Day champion by channeling the power of 5! Tell five people you know about the mission of KHK and that we are trying to win 1st place again this year! Then, encourage them to tell five more people! Help spread the word so that we can win First Place!
For every $10 donation we receive on March 1st Giving Day, KHK will make greeting cards for a pediatric patient in the hospital. Our Lenox Avenue office will be open from 4:00pm to 8:00pm on Thursday, March 1st. Bring your friends and stop in at any time to make some encouraging greeting cards! KHK will provide all the card making supplies; just bring your enthusiasm!
