Just in time to kick off the new school year, KHK will be hosting a fabulous birthday party to benefit the children living at Inspirica, the transitional housing shelter in downtown Stamford. We will play lots of fun party games, listen to great music, and of course, we will have pizza and cupcakes!

In collaboration with SPEF and the MarcUS for Change foundation, KHK will be running a fun Kids Zone at the annual MarcUS for Change event at Mill River Park. We will have several activities for the guests to participate in ~ pumpkin painting, making slime, and making greeting cards for children in the hospital.

It’s time for Taco Tuesday! KHK volunteers in the elementary program are welcome to join us on Tuesday, October 9th as we prepare and serve a yummy taco dinner to the children at Inspirica. While we are there, we will play and read to the kids. Come and join us!
Clothes to Kids of Fairfield County is a store within the Yerwood Center that provides new and quality used clothing to low-income or in-crisis school age children in Fairfield County, free of charge. We will be sorting a large shipment of undergarments. KHK girls in grades 6 and up are welcome to join us!
Hi. My name is Emma and I love everything about the performing arts. Since joining KHK, I have a led this project to share my love of acting with the middle school students at the Boys & Girls Club. I am honored to have the opportunity to continue this project with the Boys & Girls Club throughout the year.
Lead ambassador, Emma, will be sharing her love of dance with the children at the Stamford Family YMCA. Every Friday after school, she will meet with the kids to teach them new choreography to today’s pop music!
Lead ambassador, Grace, is an advocate for pediatric cancer patients and enjoys bringing a smile to their faces! Consider making a greeting card that she will hand deliver to a child in the hospital.
