Lead ambassadors Noor and Sanah are prolific writers; they truly enjoy writing and even spent part of their summer at a writing workshop at Yale University. Since joining Kids Helping Kids in June, they have expressed an interest in leading a project that teaches students how to be better writers.

In the Spark-a-Project form, they wrote:

We admire all the work Kids Helping Kids does to ensure that children have a safe, fun, and educational environment to channel their creative energies into a constructive manner. Having both grown up with a love for writing, we would like to help foster that passion with young writers. Creative writing is a unique outlet for children to explore their imaginations and help expand their knowledge of the English language. Writing well is a skill that carries on well beyond school. We would love to teach kids who are interested in writing so they can have an entertaining and engaging space to learn after school.
